Ordering the Canadian Diabetes Care Professional Pack and the Canadian Diabetes Care Kit
The Canadian Diabetes Care Professional Pack is delivered quarterly to qualifying front line diabetes professionals who provide diabetes education in clinics, community health centres and home care across Canada. The pack contains Diabetes Care News, a newsmagazine with peer written articles on a variety of diabetes related topics, plus information and sample products highly suitable for people with diabetes to assist educators with their product assessments and patient recommendations.
The Canadian Diabetes Care Guide & Guide canadien sur le diabète is a digest sized magazine written by Diabetes Professionals for people with diabetes and contains information on diet, exercise, medications and necessary lifestyle changes. It is packed into the Canadian Diabetes Care Kit, a package that contains samples and information/coupons for people with diabetes. The Kits are packed into cartons of 24 and delivered monthly to participating clinics for free distribution to patients and are by request only.
